The primary purpose of this position is twofold: completing nutrition assessments and providing nutrition and wellness education to patients and staff. o Active status as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration And three (3) years' work experience as a Registered Dietitian. o Active status as a Licensed Dietitian in the State of Oregon, or eligibility to become licensed. NOTE: Your CDR number must be provided at time of application
o Possess valid Food Handler's Card or ServSafe certification. o Possess Oregon Driver's License. o Possess high competency in evaluation skills, audit skills, training preparation and delivery skills. o High competency in Computer skills. o Written and verbal communication skills. o Experience in creating and maintaining a work environment that is respectful and accepting of diversity among team members and the people we serve.
