Linus Pauling Institute Diet and Optimum Health Conference

The Linus Pauling Institute is hosting its 13 biennial Diet and Optimum Health Conference September 9-10, 2025, at Oregon State University. The conference will feature renowned speakers from around the country to explore the perspectives, innovations, and new ideas shaping precision nutrition research and healthspan. Presentation topics include diet and dietary supplements, nutrition and the microbiome, inflammation and immunity, and data technologies and AI.

Poster presentation and travel award opportunities are available. This conference is approved for 11.5 CPEUs through the Oregon Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Award and Presentation Opportunities

• Poster and Lightning Talk Sessions: Abstracts are due July 31
• Early Stage Researcher Awards: Awards of up to $1,000 are available for eligible participants. Apply during the poster abstract submission process.
• Travel Awards: Funds may be used for the cost of conference registration or to help offset the overall cost of attendance, such as expenses for travel, lodging, and childcare, as well as registration. Applications due July 31.

This conference is approved for 11.5 hours CPEU through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
