Clinical Nutrition Management Symposium

  • Event
  • Saturday, March 24, 2012 - Tuesday, March 27, 2012
Savannah, Georgia

This symposium will offer current strategies to look for opportunities to implement change initiatives. Most leaders acknowledge that change management is a key requirement of their job. Yet simply telling others to "Change!" is an ineffective strategy. In today's fast-paced environment, organizations put a premium on key individuals within the company who can react and move quickly in response to changing conditions and pressures. Change requires transparent communication and to share what is not changing along with what is changing. Change also requires us to act deliberately but swiftly while always communicating the strategic goals to be achieved. Change requires a spark that ignites an individual or a team to do what is necessary to achieve a goal. The most effective leaders are the change agents who know how and when to light the spark that ignites a team to greatness. Ignite your team by executing CHANGE.
Brochures with registration forms will be sent to all CNM DPG members by January. If you are not currently a CNM DPG member and would like to receive the mailing when available, please e-mail your request Rita Pollack, CMP at Pollack Meeting & Event Management, or fax to 312-475-1405.
