One Shop Sugar Stop - An Interprofessional Approach to Diabetes Management

This workshop has just been approved by Oregon Health Licensing Agency for 6 CEU’s for Licensed Dietitians, in addition to approvals by American Academy of Physician Assistants, Oregon Board of Pharmacy, Oregon Nursing Home Administrators Board. We expect a diverse, interprofessional audience!
